Chocolate Muffins (Brownie Texture)
4 ounces semisweet chocolate
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
1 cup flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
Melt chocolate and margarine, add nuts, set aside. Mix together flour, sugar and
eggs. Add to chocolate mixture and add vanilla. Fill greased muffin tins 1/2
full.
Bake in preheated 350�F oven for 20-25 minutes. Paper muffin
cups can be used.
