Maple Syrup Muffins
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup maple syrup
Soften margarine, blend in sugar and salt. Add dry ingredients and mix until
crumbly. Add rolled oats.
Blend milk and maple syrup together in measuring cup and pour
over dry ingredients, stirring to moisten.
Put into muffin cups and
bake at 350� F until golden brown.
