Multigrain Pancakes In large bowl, combine flours, cornmeal, wheat germ, baking powder and soda, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Make well in center. In another large bowl, whisk buttermilk, egg, butter and vanilla. Pour buttermilk mix into well in flour and mix. Coat skillet with nonstick spray; place over medium high until hot. Spoon batter in 1/3 c. portions to make 12 pancakes. |
