Grape Cream Pie
1/2 C. granulated sugar
6 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 C. grape juice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 baked (9-inch) pie shell
1/2 C. heavy cream, whipped
Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, lemon rind and cinnamon in saucepan. Add grape
juice. Cook, stirring over low heat until small amount mounds slightly when
dropped from spoon. Add lemon juice. Chill until thick. Make pie shell; cool.
Put grape mixture in pie shell; top with the whipped cream.
