2-Minute Hawaiian Pie
1 (5.1 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup, undrained
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 (9") graham pie crust
In a lg. bowl, combine the vanilla pudding mix, undrained crushed pineapple, and
sour cream; stir until well blended. Pour mixture into pie crust. And you are
done! Cover and chill 2 hours before serving.
Note: Don't make the vanilla pudding according to the pkg. directions; just add
the dry mix to the other ingredients. If you like, decorate the pie with shipped
topping, flaked coconut, and maraschino cherries for that tropical look!
