Orange Glazed Roasted Pork Loin

1 pound center cut pork loin
1 cup orange marmalade
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 cup chopped green onion

Mix the marmalade with the horseradish and spices. Brush the marmalade mixture on top of the pork loin. Line roasting pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Roast in 350F. oven for 1 hour or until the internal temperature has reached 160F. Allow roast to rest at room temperature for 20 minutes before carving.

While the pork is resting, heat the additional marmalade mixture in a small saucepan. When the marmalade is simmering, turn off the heat and stir in the green onion.

Spoon this mixture over the pork once it is sliced.
