Stout Marinated Pork Tenderloin with Honey Glaze
2 pork tenderloins, marinated overnight
1 cup Rainbow Apiaries gourmet organic Honey
3/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger or ground ginger, minced
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
2 cups Old No. 38 Stout
2 tbsp. garlic, chopped
1/2 cup beef stock
FOR HONEY GLAZE: Mix well, honey, soy sauce, ginger, minced garlic.
FOR MARINADE: Mix stout, chopped garlic, beef stock. Marinate pork tenders
overnight.
Grill pork tenderloins over charcoal, basting with the honey glaze. When done,
slice pork on the bias and arrange on the plate. Drizzle with warmed glaze.
