Chocolate Minute� Tapioca Pudding
Makes 6 (1/2-cup) servings
3 squares BAKER'S� Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, chopped
1/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons MINUTE� Tapioca
3 cups milk
1 egg, well beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
MIX chocolate, sugar, tapioca, milk and egg in medium saucepan. Let stand 5
minutes.
COOK on medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to full boil.
(Pudding thickens as it cools.) Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.
COOL 20 minutes; stir. Serve warm or chilled.
