Steamed Corn On Bar-B-Q
Roll the cob in a wet, white, folded, paper napkin, placing the ends from corner to corner. Then seal in foil. Place the corn on the grill over a HOT fire, or even directly on the coals. You will know when the steaming has begun by the expansion of the foil. Give it about 10 to 15 minutes from that point. Using this method, the corn will never burn and does not need to be turned on the grill. Be careful when unwrapping...it is live steam! |
