Black Bean Salsa
8 C. black beans
4 avocado-diced
4 tomato-diced
1/2 C. green onion-sliced
1/2 C. cilantro-chopped
2 C. Italian salad dressing
hot pepper sauce
Wash and thoroughly drain beans. In a large bowl, combine beans,
tomato, green onion and cilantro. Pour Italian dressing over
ingredients and mix well. Add hot pepper sauce to taste. Chill
before serving. Stir in avocado just before serving.
Serving size: 1/4 cup
