Broccoli Stuffing Bake

4 C. milk

3 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

8 beaten eggs

6 C. herb seasoned croutons

4 (10 oz) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed

1/2 tsp. salt

Heat milk and cheese in saucepan until blended. Gradually stir hot mixture into eggs in mixing bowl. Add croutons, broccoli and salt. Mix well.

Turn into two greased 2 qt. casseroles. Bake at 325� for 45 minutes.

Serves 16-20
