Chicken Macaroni Casserole
15 cups macaroni, uncooked
10 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
15 cups chicken or turkey, cooked
2 1/2 lbs. mushrooms, drained
10 cups cream of mushroom soup
10 cups milk
1 2/3 tbsp. salt
10 cups peas, frozen
1. Heat oven to 350F. Stir together all ingredients; pour into
ungreased 9x13 pan.
2. Cover; bake 1 hour.
