4 to 6 cans (each 12 oz.) whole-kernel corn, drained 3 C. cooked rice 4 large, ripe tomatoes, diced Salt, freshly ground black pepper to taste Favorite bottled salad dressing Mix ingredients, tossing with salad dressing to taste. Cover tightly and refrigerate to chill. Serve chilled.
Makes about 20 servings.
