Holiday Ham Appetizers

3 cups biscuit mix
1 1/2 cups finely chopped cooked ham
4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. spicy mustard
2/3 cup milk

Mix all ingredients; shape into 1-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on a lightly greased jellyroll pan. Bake 20-25 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven. Serve warm.
