Mangia Mangia Pasta Salad

5 lbs. Mann's Broccoli Wokly�
12 lbs. cooked bowtie noodles, chill and well drained
5 lbs. cooked chicken breast, cut into julienne strips
1 1/4 lbs. Fresh red bell peppers, cut into julienne strips
2 1/2 lbs. yellow squash, cut into 1/4" thick semi circles
1 1/4 lbs. zucchini, cut 1/4" thick semi circles
1 lb. green onions, tops only, 1" bias cut
4 qts. pine nuts, toasted
pesto dressing, prepared, chilled (see notes below)

Place chicken, cooked noodles and all of the vegetables in a suitable mixing container. Gently toss the ingredients to thoroughly blend together.

Pour dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss together, evenly and completely coating all the vegetables, chicken and noodles with dressing.

Allow the salad to chill 1 hour prior to serving. At the time of service, sprinkle the pine nuts evenly over each salad.

To prepare Pesto Dressing: Using a prepared Creamy Italian Dressing of your choice, prepare the dressing as follows:

To prepare one quart of dressing, mix 3 cups of Italian Dressing with 1 cup of your favorite prepared basil pesto sauce.

Blend dressing thoroughly, obtaining a finished dressing of uniform color and consistency.
