Banana Pudding Bread
2 cups white all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs lightly beaten
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup milk
1 cup mashed bananas
1 cup vanilla pudding, already prepared*
*You can use any kind of prepared vanilla pudding you like for this recipe.
Preheat oven to 350�F.
Place the eggs in a medium sized bowl, beat them lightly with a fork. To the
eggs add the vegetable oil, milk, mashed bananas and the vanilla pudding. Stir
the ingredients until combined.
In a larger bowl combine the flour, salt, sugar, and the baking powder. Stir
together until combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir it until it is just combined.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour
or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean. |
