Bishop�s Bread Beat egg in mixing bowl until frothy, add sugar, oil and vanilla; beat to blend. Mix in sour milk. In another bowl, measure flour, soda and salt. Stir to mix well. Add cherries, raisins and chips. mix together. Add all at once to liquid. stir only until just combined. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350F (175C) for 1 hour or until bread tests done. Let stand 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool on rack. |
