Carrot Bread
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup carrots, grated
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup raisins
Sift dry ingredients together. Mix eggs and oil and mix with dry ingredients.
Fold in carrots, walnuts and raisins.
Bake at 300� F for 55 minutes in lightly greased and floured loaf pan. |
