Chocolate Nut Bread In a large bowl beat the sugar, eggs, 1 cup of milk and vanilla with a wooden spoon until blended. Stir in the dry ingredients until blended. Add the chocolate mixture stirring until smooth. Fold in nuts. Divide the batter in to three small greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool in the pans 5 minutes. Remove from the pans and cool completely. Make a glaze by combining powdered sugar and a small amount of milk. Drizzle over the tops of the loaves. Makes : 3 loaves |
