Pistachio Nut Bread

1 box yellow cake mix
1 4-serving size pistachio pudding mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp almond extract
4 eggs
1/2 cup melted shortening or vegetable oil
Topping

1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts

Pour the dry cake mix and pudding mix into bowl and stir together to mix.

To dry mix, add sour cream, almond extract, eggs and shortening/oil. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.

Pour 1/2 of the batter into 2 lightly greased loaf pans.

Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle 1/2 of topping over the batter in pans.

Pour remaining batter over, and sprinkle with remaining topping.

Bake at 350� for 50 minutes or until tests done.
