Pistachio Nut Bread To dry mix, add sour cream, almond extract, eggs and shortening/oil. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour 1/2 of the batter into 2 lightly greased loaf pans. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle 1/2 of topping over the batter in pans. Pour remaining batter over, and sprinkle with remaining topping. Bake at 350� for 50 minutes or until tests done. |
