Quick, Easy -N- Fast Chocolate Peanut Butter Krispies Recipe
1 C. sugar
1 C. light corn syrup
1 C. peanut butter
6 C. crisp rice cereal
2 C. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, corn syrup and peanut butter. Cook over
medium-low heat until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat; add cereal
and stir until coated. Spread into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Press lightly.
Spread melted chocolate over bars. Chill.
Yield: 1 1/2 to 2 dozen bars.
