Quick, Easy -N- Fast Steak DeBurgo Recipe
4 5 to 8 oz. beef tenderloin steaks
1 C. butter
3 garlic cloves minced
1/2 t. oregano
1 t. basil
6 oz. white wine
Heat broiler, grill or frying pan to hot. Cook to desired doneness. (rare = 6 -
8 minutes, medium rare = 8 - 10 minutes, medium = 10 - 12 minutes)
In a medium pan melt the butter. Add the garlic and spices. Add the wine and
stir. Immediately add the steak and remove to a platter. Pour sauce over steaks.
Serves 4.
