Quick, Easy -N- Fast Chopped Salad Recipe

Small head of iceberg lettuce, washed and torn into pieces
1/2 C. chopped celery
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 (10 oz.) package frozen peas, defrosted
1/2 medium red onion, chopped
1 C. mayonnaise
1/4 C. oil
2 T. sugar
1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1 C. grated cheddar cheese
8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled

Layer lettuce, celery, bell pepper, peas and onion in large glass bowl.

Mix mayonnaise, oil, sugar and Parmesan cheese. Spread over top of layered ingredients. Sprinkle top with cheddar cheese and bacon. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 24 hours. Serve untossed.
