Quick, Easy -N- Fast Buster Bars Recipe
1 package chocolate sandwich cookies
1/2 C. margarine
1 jar dry roasted or Spanish peanuts
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
2 1/4 C. powdered sugar
2/3 C. chocolate chips
1/2 C. margarine
1 1/2 C. evaporated milk
Crush cookies. melt margarine, mix together. pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Put in
freezer until hard.
Slice ice cream onto crust. Cover with peanuts. Return to freezer.
Bring to boil powdered sugar, chocolate chips, margarine, and evaporated milk; boil for 8 minutes. Stir constantly. Cool. Pour over rest. Keep in freezer.
