Quick, Easy -N- Fast Nutty Blueberry Crumble Recipe
1 package Rhodes AnyTime! Cinnamon Rolls
1 can (16 1/2 oz.) blueberries
1 C. pecans or walnuts, coarsely chopped
1/4 C. butter, softened
1/2 C. flour
1/2 C. brown sugar
1 T. cornstarch
Open cinnamon roll package and arrange the rolls in the foil pan. Drain
blueberries, reserving the juice. Divide amount of blueberries in half and
sprinkle half over the frozen cinnamon rolls.
Combine the butter, flour, brown sugar and nuts, and sprinkle over the rolls.
Immediately bake (no thawing or rising) at 350�F. for 30-35 minutes. Drizzle
with the cream cheese frosting in packet in the package of cinnamon rolls while
the rolls are still warm.
Combine cornstarch and reserved blueberry juice and cook in a saucepan over
medium heat until thickened. Stir in remaining blueberries. Serve over crumble.
