Quick, Easy -N- Fast Balsamic Glazed Carrots Recipe

2 C. baby carrots
1 C. chicken broth
2 T. balsamic vinegar
1 T. butter
salt, pepper

Place carrots and broth in small pan and bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until carrots are tender and liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes.

Add vinegar and cook over high heat 3 to 5 minutes to glaze. Stir in butter. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Makes 2 servings.
