Quick, Easy -N- Fast Mushrooms Parmesan Recipe
1 16 oz. jar marinara sauce
4 large portobello mushrooms
3/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 C. mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375�F. Coat an 8 x 8-inch glass baking dish with nonstick
cooking spray. Spread 1/2 cup marinara sauce in the bottom of the dish. Trim the
mushrooms so they fit in one layer; use the trimmed pieces to fill in where
needed. Sprinkle the mushrooms with the Parmesan, then the mozzarella. Pour the
remaining sauce over the cheeses, cover the dish with foil and bake for 20
minutes. Let stand a couple of minutes before serving.
