Best Ever Biscuits Put biscuit mix in a deep bowl and make a "well" in the center. Put sour cream in well and pour 7-up on top. Allow to bubble. Gently fold and mix just enough to form dough. Roll out on floured board to 1 inch thickness and cut to desired size or pinch biscuits. Place in pan. Squeeze all of biscuits into pan for high, fluffy biscuits. Melt the other 1/2 stick of butter and pour over the top of the biscuits. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 12 to 14 biscuits |
