All American Macaroni Salad
2 c cooked macaroni (1 c uncooked)
1 c frozen peas
3/4 c chopped celery
1/2 c ham - cooked and cubed
3/4 c cheddar cheese, shredded
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 c sweet pickle relish
1/2 c ranch salad dressing
1/2 c mayonnaise (or Miracle whip works fine)
1 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp black pepper
In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. In a small bowl,
combine remaining ingredients. Add to macaroni mixture and
toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
