Asian Green Salad 2 Tbs. peanut oil 1/4 Cup light soy sauce 3 Tbs. red wine vinegar 1 Tbs. each minced FRESH ginger and FRESH garlic 1 Tbs. toasted sesame seeds 1 Teaspoon sugar 1/2 Cup sliced radishes 8 Cups assorted Chinese greens (like baby bok choy, flowering kale, pea sprouts, and dandelion greens chopped. 1/2 Cup crispy chow mein noodles In a serving bowl whisk together peanut oil, light soy sauce, red wine vinegar, minced ginger, minced garlic, toasted sesame seeds and sugar until well blended. Add sliced radishes and assorted Chinese greens to serving bowl; toss well to coat. Sprinkle with crispy chow mein noodles.
