Chicken Rice Salad 5 cups cooked
chicken, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 cups cooked Minute Rice
1 1/2 cups seedless green grapes (cut in half)
1 1/2 cups diced celery
1 13 oz. pineapple chunks drained and halved
1 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup toasted almonds (slivered)
Mix all ingredients except almonds. Chill.
Sprinkle almonds right before serving. |
