Cole Slaw

1 medium head cabbage shredded
1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
6 tablespoons granulated sugar

Place all dressing ingredients into a blender or shaker and mix well.

Pour desired amount over cabbage, and chill for several hours before serving.

Refrigerate remaining dressing.

Makes 2 1/2 cups. Serves 4
