Cranberry Sour Cream Swirl Salad 2
3-oz. pkg. cherry or raspberry Jell-O
1 1/2 C. boiling water
1 15-oz. can crushed pineapple undrained
1 16-oz. can whole cranberry sauce
1 C. sour cream
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; stir in undrained crushed pineapple and
cranberry sauce (break up with fork before adding)
Chill until partially set. Spoon into 8" square dish, spoon sour cream on top
and stir to swirl.
Chill until firm. Cut into squares. |
