Dilly Macaroni Salad 1 c elbow
macaroni
1 c cubed American cheese
1/2 c sliced celery
1/2 c chopped green pepper
3 T chopped pimiento
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 T vinegar
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dill
Cook macaroni and drain well. Cool.
Combine macaroni with cheese, celery, green pepper and pimiento.
Blend mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and dill; add to macaroni mixture. Toss Lightly.
Cover and chill well. Serve in lettuce lined bowl.
