Frosty Cranberry Salad 1 16-oz. can
whole berry cranberry sauce
1 8-oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 8-oz. carton sour cream
Lettuce leaves
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Stir until blended
Pour mixture into an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan or pour into paper-lined muffin
cups. Cover & freeze until firm.
If using loaf pan, remove from pan & cut into 1 inch slices. If using muffin
cups, remove paper liners
Serve on lettuce leaves
