Hearts of Palm Salad
1 head Boston bib lettuce
1 jar hearts of palm
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
3/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. fresh parsley chopped
1 clove garlic minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Place several lettuce leaves on a salad plate, top with hearts of
palm. Combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, parsley, garlic, salt, and
pepper. Shake well. Drizzle over salad. |
