Macaroni Cheese and Egg Salad
7 1/2 oz. pkg. Kraft macaroni & cheese
10 oz. pkg. frozen green peas
1 med. tomato - for decorating
1/2 c. Italian dressing
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
6 hard boiled eggs
Prepare pkg of macaroni and cheese as directed then cool.
When cooled mix in rest of ingredients.
Garnish with tomato wedges. Chill. |
