Picnic Pasta Salad
Dressing:
2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Salad:
12 oz. small spiral macaroni,
cooked, drained and cooled
10 oz. frozen peas, thawed and
drained
5 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
In large bowl, combine dressing ingredients. Fold in macaroni, peas and eggs.
Chill at least 2 hours. |
