Spaghetti Salad with Ro-Tel

3/4 c. mayonnaise (can use no fat)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. cumin seeds, crushed
1/4 c. diced celery
1/2 c. green olives, chopped
1 can Ro-Tel, drained & chopped
1 pkg. (10 oz) spaghetti, cooked & drained
Salt, to taste

Mix mayonnaise, garlic, onion, cumin seeds, salt & Ro-Tel. Add a little juice if too thick.

Toss with spaghetti, celery and olives until well coated.

Serves 8-10
