Cheesy French Bread
1 pkg. shredded Mexican blend cheese -- (8 oz.)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 loaf French bread -- (16 oz.) cut in half horizontally
Combine cheese, mayonnaise, parsley, and garlic powder, stirring well. Spread
evenly on cut sides of bread. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees
15-20 minutes or until melted and lightly browned. Serve immediately. |
