Herb Seasoned Grouper Mix the herb glaze ingredients together in a bowl and set aside. Saute the fillets with butter until nicely browned or half cooked. Transfer to a lightly greased baking pan and bake for 7 to 10 minutes. Remove the fillets from the oven and spread a layer of mustard on top of the fish. Sprinkle with herb mixture. Broil until golden, about 1 to 2 minutes. Serves 4. |
