Crockpot Zucchini Souffle
4 cups grated zucchini
1 3/4 cup Bisquick
3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 large onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 Tbsp. parsley
salt to taste
Spray crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Pour into crockpot.
Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours.
