Gingered Carrots 12 carrots, sliced 1/3 cup Dijon mustard 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon grated ginger root Combine all ingredients in 3 to 4 quart crockpot.
Cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours or until carrots are tender, stirring twice during cooking.
10 to 12 servings.
