Saucy Green Beans
1 pound fresh green beans
1 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
2 strips crisp bacon, crumbled
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Combine the beans, tomatoes, bacon, garlic, rosemary and pepper in an electric
slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low until the beans are tender, 5 to 7
hours. |
