Spinach Casserole 2 10 ounce packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 2 cups cream style cottage cheese 1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces 1 1/2 cups American cheese, cubed 3 eggs beaten 1/4 cup flour 1 teaspoon salt Thoroughly combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour into greased crockpot.
Cover and cook on high 1 hour, then turn to low for 4 to 5 hours.
Recipe may be doubled if desired.
