Extra Points Salsa

4 Cups Tomatoes, chopped (use fresh garden if you can)
1 Cup Green Onions, sliced or chopped (or onion of choice)
4 oz. can Green Chilies, chopped
1-2 Jalapeno or hot Peppers, minced - or to taste
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 Tab. Lime Juice
� Tsp. Ground Cumin
� Cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped -- or to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until serving time. Serve at room temperature with your favorite tortilla chips. You can make this recipe from mild to hot, depending on how many hot peppers you add - you can also spice it up with crushed red pepper flakes or ground cayenne pepper.
