Festive Taco Cups 1 T. oil
� cup chopped onion
1 lb. Ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 clove minced garlic
1 � cups taco or Mexican cheese, divided
1 can refrigerated corn breadstick dough
Optional- chopped tomato and sliced green onion for garnish
Heat oil in large skilled. Add onion and cook until tender. Cook
hamburger and taco mix. Stir in garlic. Remove from heat and stir in
� cup cheese: set aside.
Preheat oven to 375 Lightly grease 36 miniature muffin pans(1 � in).
Remove dough from container, but do not unroll. Separate into 8
pieces at perforations. Divide each piece into 3 pieces; roll or pat
into 3 inch circle. Press into muffin pan cups.
Fill each cup with about 2 teaspoons beef mixture. Bake 10 min.
Sprinkle tops of cups with remaining � cup cheese: bake 2-3 min.
