Ginger Marsala Fruit Salad Add the vegan sour cream and cream cheese, mix well into the wine mixture. Drain pineapple well and add to pan, turning heat up to simmer well and reduce liquid. Transfer pineapple/wine mix into a bowl , preferably one with a cover and add raisins, apple, flax seed meal and whatever else you want to put in, cover, shake well and chill well. Serve in custard cups, garnish with strips of crystallized ginger. Serves 4. |
