Trace pattern onto tracing paper, cut out. Use a pencil to trace out pieces, antler and muzzle on tan foam, head from brown foam. Cut out shapes along line.

For bow tie, tie a 3/8" inch bow from your ribbon. (Tip: Do not cut your ribbon from the roll. Tie ribbon and then cut, it is much easier when making small bows.) Apply fray preventive. (Skip this if you know it is going to be disposed of)

Glue bow tie, muzzle, antlers, eyes and pom pom to head.

You could also make this into a pin by putting a pin back on the back of the head with glue.

Tie him on individual treats that have been wrapped.
