Cheese Latkes - dairy
1/2 c Soft cream cheese; (4 oz.) Beat whites until stiff, and fold into cheese mixture. Heat oil in pan and drop by spoonfuls into oil. Fry until brown, turn once. Serve with sour cream or apple sauce. Makes 30. May be frozen. |
